Currently updating blog after Hayday update March 2016 Updates on going on many pages of the blog currently. Note the update message at bottom of each page. Some pages remain not to have this as I'm working on updating the site for everyone interested in the info shared on this blog.
So you are playing the game of Hay Day and wish to know how to play the game, here are some of the tips and suggestions that we have for you.
This blog is mainly for the players in the neighborhood of SquireHayDay But everyone is welcome to make comments and /or make suggestions, as well.
If you need any help or have a question, please ask them by topic page please.
No account is needed to post a comment the Anonymous option is open for all to comment, ask questions or add tips.
This blog will give you the guidelines in which our neighborhood plays by.
Our goal is to work together as a team, to better each other’s farms and advance our fellow neighbors to their next level, as fast as possible.
BASIC NEIGHBORHOOD GUIDELINES
During the non event playtime, do not rush the boat, truck or visitor orders.
You may ask for help from other neighbors for help in filling orders.
But, large orders (over 10) may require you to shop for the needed items in the newspaper like all the other neighbors have to. You may find items needed in the newspaper ads at cheaper prices as well. Do not expect your neighbors to do all your shopping for you. It is best to look in the paper first to see if the item is available. Then ask your neighbors for help.
During non event playtime, the best practice is to sell your extra items on your roadside stand and shop the newspaper for bargains. Doing so, you will find that your bank will grow faster and you will be able to purchase a new machine as it becomes available to you on your next level.
Request that all the fishing spots on the lake, be opened up before opening up the areas on land. This is for the benefit of the entire neighborhood as a whole. Doing so supplies fish, lobsters and duck feathers to the group as needed for production of the specialty items.
Request that all the machines run as much as possible to produce items at all times. This increases the supply and you will benefit by increasing the level of each machine faster.
Request that expansion items like deeds, stakes, mallets, panels, screws, bolts, planks ..... Be sold within the group over selling in the newspaper first.
When you make a request for an item and a neighbor asks you what the item will be used for, be truthful in your reply.

Squire, I've tried implementing your blog suggestions w/ push back as im not the leader. For incentive I even created an internal derby contest awarding the pts. leader. I'd like to play competitively now rather than starting a new group, so bottom line is are you open to accepting a like minded player at this time?

Suggestions to administrators
Delete1. When selling an item, can we have a minimum / maximum button. Changing the prices takes 35 seconds each item!
2. When we go to the town people, can we have a COLLECT ALL button. The animation is great the first 5 x. But after 300 times, it is tedious to tap every person 2x (1 for the person, 1 for the reward). 6 spots per buildings., 7 buildings = 84 taps.
I have lost my farm. How can i retrieve it. ..please help urgently. It is added in our neighbourhood but i cannot access it. Please help.
ReplyDeleteIf you lost it due too the last update, here's some suggestions.
DeleteIf the update can not be downloaded due to not enough memory, here's what I do.
1. uninstall the App then re-install with the update. After you have installed the App it may start from the begining, as a new farm. login to the Facebook or Google acct of your farm. You will then see your new farm and your old farm. Select your farm and type in "CONFIRM" and enter. Your old farm will be as it was with the update installed.
Blog owner has not ever not taken a cup since the start of the Derby.

DeleteThe latest ugrade on HayDay is really cool but since the derby has started, many of us are having issues... we cannot select task or it tells us we have used up all available tasks or we need diamonds to select a task... not sure who can help with this... some are saying that we only have 2 task left to complete....
