When you help out another player with a boat order or revive plants you get more that just a thank-you.
Helping out with a boat order gives you points towards your achievement CO-OP task. This task rewards you diamonds when you fill 10 then 75 and 500 crates. If the owner of the boat remembers to tap on the crate after you fill it you will get a thank-you card and might get a gift card in the mail.
Reviving trees and plants will get you a thank-you and might get a gift card in the mail as well. If the owner of the farm double taps the reviving sign on their farm. It's also goes towards the achievement Green Thumb task. This task rewards diamonds at 20 then 500 and 2000 fruit trees and berry bushes revived.
The mailman delivering your mail happens once a day.
Tap on the mailbox to get your mail.
Open the catalog to order a gift reward.
Select the gift box you wish to receive.
