So you have Land deeds, mallets or stakes and wish to know what they are for. What to do with them first?
Well now that's a good question and one that each have to decide what they wish to do first.
I recommend to use them on the fishing spots first over opening new land. The reason being that you get more out of water, than you do from dry ground.
Fishing spots will give you fish, lobsters and duck feathers, while the land will only give you green grass to look at.
