Tap on the boat to open the orders and fill the crates with the items. You request for help from others to fill your crate for you if you wish. It helps them out with their task to help others and increase their boat score as well.
Boat order filled, tap on the river boat icon to send it off and collect the rewards.
Note: Try not to rush the boat orders if no boat event is going on. You will only get another boat sooner and have to fill it sooner. Taking away items you may need for a event coming up.
After the boat leaves tap on the dock to see what the next order is, so you can start building up your stock for it.
During a boat event you may wish to call the next boat in early. Tap on "Get Boat Now" at the cost of 5 diamonds. Here's a photo of the boat being called as the other one is leaving.
You may ask for help to fill up to 4 crate orders.
After someone fills the crate tap on the crate to give credit to the player that filled the crate.

ReplyDeleteYou can determine items you’ll need in the future to complete shipments by letting the delivery boy give you hints using this helpful Hay Day tip.
Find the delivery boy, Tom, click on him.
Choose the “No Thanks” button.
The delivery boy, Tom, will then go across the road and lie down in a field.
Above his head you’ll see a bubble where images of things you’ll need to
complete future shipments will appear.
