Weekly events begin on Thursdays at 3:00 pm UTC and run for 4 days in no rotational order mostly. But you can guess which maybe next if you keep track of the pass weekly events. Weekly events can be one of the following. Boat orders, Fishing, Farm visitors or Truck orders.
The bonus amount is different for each event, but this is the time when\you make the best coinage increases and level points. Below is a list of each type of event and how to play each.
It's best to setup for each event by having your barn setup with the items that are hardest to find in the newspaper and take longest to make. Take into account also what items are needed to produce each item. For example apply pie requires syrup and syrup takes over 1 hour to produce. So a supply of apple pie and syrup is best to have in your barn inventory, before event starts.

Boating Event
One of the boating events notice
This one paid 3x points, coins and vouchers for each crate filled and the a full boat order.
Note: During this type event calling the next boat early can really pay off.
Fishing Event
One of the fishing events
For fishing events it's important to have your tackle box full of lures. I recommend having it mainly filled with the red lures. Have a supply of vouchers collected for making the other lures. The voucher lures take less time to make, compared to the red lures. Fishing events are base on the amount of fish caught using lures only. NOT IN NETS

Global Event
A Global event is different than the boating, truck delivery and fishing events. How ever the fishing event usually is a global event. The pay off includes extra items give for levels of achievement in the event and pays out diamonds if you complete the required service the event ask for. Once the achievement has been done, the choice to continue the task varies by the payout of the event. Most of the time it may now be of benefit to continue the task once the goal has been meant.

Note the color difference on the orders. This event paid double points and coins. Some times double vouchers are paid in events for item form the smelters and Jewelry Maker.
During a truck event you may wish to remove a greedy order for a different order. You just tap on the trash can and it will remove the order and a new order will be posted in 30 mins.
Visitor Order Event
During a visitor order event you may also wish not to serve them if the request is greedy. Just send them away. Photo to be added
